Non-fat Low Calorie Strawberry Banana Smoothie
Smoothie Ingredients
1 Cup Fresh Strawberries
1 Banana
1 cup Non-fat yogurt or 1/2 c. fat free milk
1 protein powder packets
1 cup of ice
Blend until creamy and delicious, which won’t take long.
